Our well-equipped R&D centre helps us in coming out with newer products, such as new designsbased on clients’ requests, faster and economically. Our processing section has 35 state of the art injection moulding machines where we produce almost 1.5 million components every day. We have our own in-house mould / tool development and maintenance section which helps us in development and maintenance of tools and machines. The assembly section has some of the best, state of the art automatic assembly machines. In house quality control at each step – incoming, in-process, finished goods, is most stringent and has helped us in producing top quality products over and over again. We also assist our clients by testing their products with ours in our labs. Process and Quality Control – We follow a very stringent process and quality control system. This includes in-coming material, in process quality control for processing and assembly, quality control for finished goods. 100 % of all our products are checked prior to dispatch. We have some of the finest testing machines and equipment with us including ESCR Testing apparatus; Hardness Testers; Endurance (life) Testers ; Leakage testing equipment ; Torque Testers; Spring Load Testers; Melt Flow Index (MFI) Testers for plastic resins.
